Secrecy spells disAPPOINTment? Yeah?

Desiderata wishes to record an ongoing event, just a short take because every newspaper would have a detailed account, not just in Malaysia, maybe in China too, that land of 1.3BILLION people.

The Star
frontpage reports on
DAY 2
Nude Squat Inquiry

first page headline: She's Malay

Story continues on page 3 with sub-head:
Media gag to
protect
privacy of
'starwitness'

I am NOT relating the story as I.Cows have to go get their own BF today -- Desi only extracts one observation from a Journalist's point of view.

"*Aside from the fact that she was a 22-year-old Malay,
the mediaa was prohibited by the commission (Commission of Inquiry)
from publishing her name, photograph and personal details
to protect her privacy.
When she finished giving evidence, she was whisked away by
two plain=clothes policewomen, her head completely covered
by a jacket.
Such secrecy spelt disAPPOINTment for the 100-plus
observers and pressmen who had flocked to the Sultan Abdul Samad building hoping for a glimpse of the "star witness".*" (ends extract: all emphasis is strictly Desi's...))

DESIDERATA
ends this rumination with a question to the reporter who filed the report/editors who cleared the stpry -- whose disAPPOINTment?
My dear EsteemedReaders, FUN 1/2serious CHALLENGIA:
*PleAse report back with 3 Answers to Whose disAPPOINTment I'm referring to.
