I spend daily quite a lot nowadays, since DSAI's sodomy allegations news broke, and previous to that, also RPK's statutory declaration...) contributing to the MSM bottomlines (No, I don't play/pray around their butts, oh No!) , paying RM1.20 for the NST and The Star each, and 30sen/not a sin) for theSun's subscription, my fave of the three MSM dailies. When I strike 4D, I even buy all the Chinese and Bahasa Malay papers to cut out the lottery columns ... kidding!:) Let's stay lighthearted okay, if you wanna live till 3030; Desi's target is 3029, so you can pay YL some respect!

Rosmah: I am innocent
KUALA LUMPUR: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor said she was innocent of the allegation in a statutory declaration that she was present when the body of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu was disposed of.
“If you are innocent, what is there for you to address? I am not a politician and I am not running for any post. I’m just the wife of a politician,” she said, when asked why she would not address such a serious allegation.
“I have given my statement to the police, and that’s it,” she told reporters at the Asia-Pacific Conference on Children’s Book Publishing here yesterday.
In his June 18 statutory declaration, Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamaruddin alleged to have knowledge that two lieutenant colonels and Rosmah were present when Altantuya’s body was blown up on Oct 19, 2006.
Asked if she would sue Raja Petra for defamation over his statutory declaration, she said she did not want to address unnecessary issues because she had other bigger things to attend to for the people and for the nation.
Asked about the bomb expert’s wife named by Raja Petra in his statutory declaration, Rosmah said the woman was not her aide.
“She was not my ADC (aide de camp). She was just an officer who did all my programmes. She is not with me now. She has had a promotion and is back with Mindef (Defence Ministry),” she said.

Someone had alleged that "you are at least party to a murder of a foreigner on Malaysian soil" in a Statutoru=y Decalration, and all that the person allegedly "defamed" if the SD was not true in substance, could think of is "...she had other bigger things to attend to for the people and for the nation."
If today I could join UMNO, I would really join her husband's camp to campaign for his ELEVATION TO THE PRIME MINISTER'S POST, Pak Lah, Mr Nice Guy, give way. Here cometh a NICER FIRST COUPLE! KUALA LUMPUR, July 2 — How things have changed? Ten years ago the revelation that the man, who accused Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim of sodomising him, had engaged in anal sex would have been headline news, not buried in the last few paragraphs of a report on page four of the New Straits Times.
But with public opinion firmly with the Opposition leader and Malaysians being skeptical about the latest sodomy charge against Anwar, the mainstream newspapers are playing it careful. They are giving critics of the government more space than they did in 1998 and shying away from the coverage reserved for war criminals which was how the former deputy prime minister was treated 10 years ago.
The NST, which led the anti-Anwar coverage in 1998, today reported that doctors at Hospital Kuala Lumpur performed tests on the accuser, Saiful Bukhari Azlan, and found "indications that he had engaged in anal sex".
The newspaper learnt that stool samples had been taken for further tests and reported that Saiful complained of constipation when he was taken to Hospital Kuala Lumpur. "Doctors, however, found something amiss during the check-up and upon questioning Mohd Saiful, learnt that he had been sodomised."
The newspaper also reported that the police classified the case as sodomy after receiving Saiful’s medical report.
The Malaysian Insider has learnt that government officials are also aware of the contents of the medical report and say that it only proves that Saiful had engaged in anal sex with consent or had been sodomised. But to date there was nothing to indicate the Anwar was involved in the case. The view in Putrajaya is that if the evidence is flimsy, the police should wrap up the probe as soon as possible and clear the de facto head of Pakatan Rakyat.
These government officials do not believe that the Abdullah administration can extract any positives from this unsavoury episode, and should turn the page on it soon.
Anwar yesterday told reporters that he had a strong alibi to prove his innocence. “I have ample proof and witnesses," he said. He alleged that a prominent leader and two other people close to the politician were part of a three-man team behind the sodomy allegation.

Alright, you should know who Saiful Bukhari Azlan is; he’s the guy that made headlines this week. Who wouldn’t be when somebody made a claim that he had been SONDOLed by Anwar Ibrahim!?
Now, I really don’t know what his next course of action is. He was supposed to hold a press conference yesterday but he canceled it at the eleventh hour. I wonder why?

Petra made that accusation, the thing is being investigated, somebody is going to get his/her ass kicked/whacked!
I supposed Rosmah is waiting for that process to be completed.She is confident that she will be cleared.
Now, what is the point of suing Petra now? The police investigation will tell us all who is right. Even if she sues, she wont get any cent sebab Petra had to rely on donation to be bailed out! hehe

As far as I am concerned, any normal human being on being slandared "your Mum is a muderess, your Dad is a sodomite, you are a cheater...etc" would do tehe right thing, which is to "sue the accuser..." and have the day in court.

What I am saying is that, there is already a police investigation, Rosmah will wait for the police investigation to be completed and the allegation is found baseless then if she thinks fit, she may sue or not sue. All she would want I suppose is for her name to be cleared.
Is she sue now pun no point.
I bet if she sues, Petra loses, probably asked to pay RM1 mil, he will ask for donation.
Do I share her optimism? Hey, nobody knows what happened. If I am to believe Petra, he only said credible source. How would I know how credible? Shouldnt this info be submitted to the court instead of being politicised? What is Petra objective? bla bla bla...
Logical action? Like she said, she is not a politician, anwar is.
