A walk in the woods for SOUL&Spirit Picnic

Just feel like being Hi!:) on Sunday after a mighty filling brunch, off course, it's CON, enhanced by Asuian, since it's a combo; I get oput from my Socialist closet on a Blessed SDay of R&R. Feel on top of this small world of FuRong where people are steal Young&Gay, welcoming all into their warm embrace, except the Boig, Bad Wolfe. I'm joining knotty Imran who either goes MIA or wasting his youth in Da Woods, now joined by a prim and prime PRose who tiptoes and singalong after him, like Olivia Mis': "I wanna, I wanna some more!".Desi was extrapolating from the ori from Primrose, who said... "Hey Imran! Naughty but I like, I like! LOL! That's just so cute.
'Butt hey, gal, Do you what you're doing down there?'
This wanton one who likes to tell others getting-of-age Young&Articulates to "go waste thy youth!", killed off my abiding and obedient Li'l Red Riding Hood, jest because he hails from Big, Bad Wolfish Koala Lumpur!

So the Impish One said to Rose
Wanna do the Dance with the Wolves?
They then set up a ring of fire
In the middle of D'Jungle
As they wined and dined
and dunced and danced
In half stupour and adoze

Li'l RRH rose from among the ashes
Transformed into a Humoungous
Dragon - impish, prim and prime
Butt not proper
So his Tail swept the dancers
into his bosomy, fiery carvenous belly
And the trio had a whale of a time
Dancing round the clock for a dame and a dime
Hence it was twice upon FuRong passing lore
Hope my ER don't think this is a boar
No, not so, tis a dragoon of yore
That ate up Desi's marry tail,
Left me with a limping footsore.

PS to MIA johnleemk:

Please don't be disciple to the One-on-the-Run,
Steal follow in the footsteps of Y&A Sabrina
She feeds thee well with witstaker chocs
Jest remember, leAve Desi at least SE7EN blocks!

Can I pass on this and do a Rain Check, Yan?

I seldom do "forward". This early morn in KL hotel checking my mails on the hotel's line at 50 sen/minute, I am overwhelmed by this piece sent in by my best girlfriend in Kuching.

So, here I am spending 50sen to do this forward ... It's not the money, it's the thoughts, remember, if you are on the list ...

Yes, we remember to check in to hotel when we are away from home but forgot we have to check in God everyday.

Have a good day." (And following's that sometihing from Yan to remember while we picnic in the woods...)

By The Altar ....

A minister passing through his church
in the middle of the day,
decided to pause by the altar
and see who had come to pray.

Just then the back door opened,
a man came down the aisle.
The minister frowned as he saw
the man hadn't shaved in a while.

His shirt was kind a shabby
and his coat was worn and frayed,
the man knelt, he bowed his head,
Then rose and walked away.
In the days that followed,
each noon time came this chap,
each time he knelt just for a moment,
a lunch pail in his lap.

Well, the minister's suspicions grew,
with robbery a main fear,
He decided to stop the man and ask him,
"What are you doing here?"

The old man said, he worked down the road.
Lunch was half an hour.
Lunchtime was his prayer time,
For finding strength and power.

"I stay only moments,
because the factory is so far away;
as I kneel here talking to the Lord,
This is kind a what I say:

"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU LORD,
HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.

DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,
BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.
SO JESUS, THIS IS JIM
CHECKING IN TODAY."

The minister feeling foolish,
told Jim that was fine.
He told the man he was welcome
To come and pray just anytime.

Time to go, Jim smiled, said "Thanks."
He hurried to the door.
The minister knelt at the altar,
he'd never done it before.

His cold heart melted, warmed with love,
and met with Jesus there.
As the tears flowed, in his heart,
he repeated old Jim's prayer:

"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU LORD,
HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.

DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,
BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.
SO JESUS, THIS IS ME
CHECKING IN TODAY."

Past noon one day, the minister noticed
that old Jim hadn't come.
As more days passed without Jim,
he began to worry some.

At the factory, he asked about him,
learning he was ill.
The hospital staff was worried,
But he'd given them a thrill.

The week that Jim was with them,
Brought changes in the ward.
His smiles, a joy contagious.
Changed people, were his reward.

The head nurse couldn't understand
why Jim was so glad,
when no flowers, calls or cards came,
Not a visitor he had.

The minister stayed by his bed,
He voiced the nurse's concern:
No friends came to show they cared.
He had nowhere to turn.

Looking surprised, old Jim spoke
up and with a winsome smile;
"The nurse is wrong, she couldn't know,
that in here all the while

everyday at noon He's here,
a dear friend of mine, you see,
He sits right down, takes my hand,
Leans over and says to me:

"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU JIM,
HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND THIS FRIENDSHIP,
AND I TOOK AWAY YOUR SIN.

ALWAYS LOVE TO HEAR YOU PRAY,
I THINK ABOUT YOU EACH DAY,
AND SO JIM, THIS IS JESUS
CHECKING IN TODAY."

Good morning Desi
Just thought i'd share some lyrics with you, i came across them this morning :)

( Cathy Britt Duet with Elton John)

Where we both say goodbye
1st Verse

A fire that's left unattended
Surely will burn out and die
Now that we're down to nothin' but ashes
Is this where we both say goodbye

Chorus

Is this where two hearts break down and cry
Is this where we let go and give up the fight
Have we reached the point where it's too late to try
Is this where we both say goodbye

2nd Verse

It's so hard to go on pretendin'
The truth is we're livin' a lie
And it kills me to know our love's dyin'
Is this where we both say goodbye
