Please advise your high level connections in DAP, Pakatan & PAS to make sure that when pre-signed resignation letters are tendered as evidence of resignation, they are clearly currently dated.
As is common in practice in companies for directorships and nominee shareholders, there is nothing illegal in getting pre-signed undated resignation letter since this is a legitimate and fair hedge against disloyalty and treachery. But they must be dated when submitted to the authorities.
In the end, it was this simple omission that led to Pakatan's fall in Perak. Ask them to cover their bases fully!!
